Spearheaded by Azerbaijan’s Ministry of Digital Development and Transport, the forum was backed by vital organizations including AzPromo, the Pakistan Embassy in Azerbaijan, the Azerbaijan Embassy in Pakistan, the Pakistan–Azerbaijan Economic Cooperation Chamber (PAKAZCHAM), and the Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB).

The forum showcased the expertise of thirty-five leading ICT entrepreneurs from both countries, each bringing to the table a wealth of innovation and technological prowess. Aligned with Pakistan Vision 2025, the ICT industry aims to reach $20 billion by 2025, underscoring its global aspirations.
