Pakistan Single Window Launches AI Chatbot “Khizr” to Facilitate Traders

Islamabad: Pakistan Single Window (PSW) has recently launched its advanced AI chatbot “Khizr”, introduced on both the PSW platform and the Trade Information Portal of Pakistan (TIPP). Developed in collaboration with Cybrid Private Limited, this chatbot is bringing innovation to how the trading community accesses information and uses the platform.
“Khizr” is a digital assistant available to traders and stakeholders around the clock. The chatbot provides instant and accurate guidance on import, export, and transit-related information, regulations, and documentation, making the entire process simpler and more efficient.
For traders, “Khizr” means a more convenient, faster, and efficient trading system. They can now obtain the information they need without delay and stay updated on relevant laws and regulations.
Atahar Faheem, Chief Strategy and Operations Officer at PSW, said:
