Tunisia to Share Tourism Expertise at Pakistan Travel Mart 2025 Preparations

Islamabad: At the invitation of the Additional Secretary for African Affairs of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Pakistan, the Embassy of the Republic of Tunisia, along with the Honorary Consuls in Peshawar and Lahore, participated in a preparatory meeting for the fourth session of the International Tourism Exhibition Pakistan Travel Mart. The event is scheduled to take place in Karachi from January 31 to February 2, 2025.

The meeting, held in Islamabad, saw participation from African diplomatic missions accredited to Pakistan and officials from the Pakistan Tourism and Development Agency.

During the session, a comprehensive presentation was made on Tunisia’s success and expertise in the tourism sector. Tunisian representatives expressed their country’s willingness to collaborate with Pakistan and share its experience in developing a sustainable and thriving tourism industry.

The Pakistan Travel Mart is expected to serve as a platform to strengthen tourism ties between African nations and Pakistan, fostering mutual growth in the sector.
