Ishaq Dar to meet Marco Rubio in Washington tomorrow

Islamabad: Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar will hold a key meeting with US Secretary of State and National Security Adviser Marco Rubio in Washington tomorrow to discuss bilateral ties, regional developments and issues of mutual interest.
According to the Foreign Office, Dar will travel to Washington from New York on Friday during the second phase of his official visit to the United States.
Officials are also expected to discuss strengthening cooperation between Pakistan and the United States in key priority sectors.
Pakistan’s efforts and progress towards promoting regional peace and stability through dialogue and diplomacy will also come under discussion.
