Field Marshal Asim Munir meets Chinese Premier Li in Beijing

Islamabad:Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir held an informal meeting with Chinese Premier Li Qiang during a grand reception ceremony at the Great Hall of the People.
The meeting took place as Field Marshal Asim Munir accompanied Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif on his official visit to China.
During the ceremony, Chinese Premier Li Qiang warmly shook hands with Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir. The two also exchanged views on the occasion, reflecting the close coordination between Pakistan and China.

Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir is currently visiting China along with Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif. The visit comes amid high-level engagements between Pakistani and Chinese leadership in Beijing.
Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and Chinese Premier Li Qiang reaffirmed their commitment to expanding bilateral cooperation, accelerating CPEC projects and strengthening ties in technology, security and economic development.
Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif met Chinese Premier Li Qiang in Beijing on Monday, where the two leaders witnessed the signing of several memorandums of understanding and agreements aimed at expanding Pakistan-China cooperation across multiple sectors.
